  1. hi James Bond O , you may have to indicate the error image and to members. Otherwise, getting some error message doesn't appear a good way of reporting. you can capture the screen and upload as .png. it helps proteous gurus to study and comment.
  2. I humbly request for datasheet or source of a dc-dc converter chip "BA7V1D" This chip was found in Philips portable DVD player model PET1030/37 Thanks in advance
  3. CHECK THIS LINK I FEEL THIS IS THE VERY DEVICE YOU HAVE SEEN. http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/M/U/N/5/MUN5331DW1.shtml DATASHEET CAN BE DOWNLOADED RIGHT THERE. all the best.
  4. I tried in futile to get two datasheets for 16*3 LCD displays that i got few with me. 1. WD-C1603P made in 2003 and 2. GMX1603-16 made in 2005 these have flat cable SMD connectivity and 16 pin through hole ( not a standard 0.1" pitch) connecting facility. I request for help in the datasheets for these , if possible. thanks in advance.
  5. A tentative arrangement is shown here. the charging element of battery is not included. The fuse F1 is shown before the diode. Hope it serves the user.
  6. could you spend little time to see the video from the link below the finer details and paper comparison are available at http://sirloon.net/loonaweb/sirblog/pcb-using-toner-transfer-method-comparison
  7. you need a proper understanding and also patience. every time you change one or other item, then you will never know what mistake is being committed. try to use magazine paper or the type of paper used by RS components catalog. even text printed paper would work the ironing should better be done at 170 to 180 deg Celsius , and never more than that.on a Philips make auto iron i am told that it works on polyester clothing. this setting may be valid for others also. most important is the contamination free copper surface.and reasonably scrubbed by 3M scotch pad and washed and cleaned by a fresh paper napkin as cloth may gain contaminate it.
  8. Once you know the Oscilloscope make and model, your user manual will have a schematic for it, where the data for CRT base pins can be retrieved. further, most Oscilloscope CRTs have similar specs for the same size. if service manual is needed to get this data perhaps it can be had from say, http://www.eserviceinfo.com/downloadsm/11578/Hitachi_V-425.html
  9. For 1 or 2 components of general avaialbility, you should rather go to local seller or arrange with him any international seller would insist om MOQ per line item you have not indicated your location suppose, in my country, i get a 7805 for say 0.1$ equivalent. same when purchased on line costs me 27 (2+25for postage thro courier)
  10. dismayed-- cant even know what this language is in all the posts, mike!!
  11. You may consider 74HC4066. the datasheet can be studied for further details
  12. While I understand your IE8 based issues. The site management also can do their bit perhaps. How ever, you may check for Virus cleaning by using some popular antivirus, on our part of end users. I feel sad for the great loss of data pooled by lots of effort, over few years. I wait in anticipation of any good news . Perhaps the site admin may consider to load an earlier back up that might be still good instead of starting the calender ( of the site) with Jan 26th 2009.
  13. check your privacy options under tools_ internet options for IE8 please.
  14. red colored one is a Medium wave oscillator coil. it is also in the same shape as 10mm size IFT.
