does everyone understand about QM20TD-H device? i use QM20TD-H for my 3 phase inverter. but, i have a problem. the output voltage of my 3 phase inverter is always same with the trigger voltage. it can't increase. does everyone have a solution?

the phase of frequency is right, 120 degree because i drive my inverter using 180 degree conduction. i drive my 6 MOSFETs using IC IR2130. output voltage is 15 volt. everytime i drive my inverter with DC voltage above 15 volts, the output voltage is always 15 volts, no change. how can it be possible?

is there anyone has schematic of 3 phase inverter using MOSFET that successfully tested for driveing induction motor 220V? i build 3 phase inverter using MOSFET IRFP460. but, the problem is i can't drive the motor. Email removed by moderator - we don't help via email.
