mozikluv
hi amigo,it seems that all your request for datasheets have not been asnwered. where are those parts used. those parts could probably been discontinued thats why you could not find the datasheet. :)
MP
Kasamiko,I cannot tell you what this part does, but I can tell you that you can get this part at this link--> http://www.slelectronics.net/sem-ta.htmfor $5.95. StevePep
[Hi Kasmiko,The TA8680N is a Deflection generator used in the Emerson TV Model TC1969G (and others). You can get it on line. Just got to Google and type the name. But I could not find a data sheet for it. One price I saw was about US$12.00. Please let me know if you find a data sheet.ThanksStevePep :D
electrodoc
it certainly does look like a jungle chip.. here you go.. wow that took some finding!!it seems to be a replacement for the 8680 despite having a completely different number. 1 of the links is for the data sheet the other is a link from a link that was linked in a link from a search submitted to google and its where i found the datasheet. this searchengine seems good as you can do a search on the TA prefix to find the manufacturer, which was philips or toshiba (searching both these sights returned no results btw).http://www.nteinc.com/specs/7000to7099/pdf/nte7010.pdfhttp://www.xs4all.nl/~ganswijk/chipdir/
