You can find the part number and description on their website, but they do not have the data sheet on the web. You can request a copy of it from them and they will e-mail it to you. If you do that, please upload it to this forum and we can all have access to it. Someone else might be making something with this chip.Also, in many of my searches, I have seen chipdocs.com come up for many obsolete parts. They seem to have found a bunch of these and put them in one area. They charge $9.95 for a 1 year membership.
