Guest SM2GXN Posted June 30, 2005 Report Share Posted June 30, 2005 Hi!My DX7S is broken :'( This keyboard has been transported upside down with the memory cartridge inserted and the result was a hairline crack on the pcb between the two pin rows of the cartridge slot, when the keyboard is upside down the cartrige make quite a big force on the pcb because it sticks out a bit.Have tried to fix this but some of the banks will not play. Been in contact with YAMAHA to order a service manual but I'll have to wait 1 month for it they said.If anyone got a service manual for the DX7S and are prepaired to make a copy of the pcb layout where the cartridge slot is it would make me real happy :)Bjorn Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
