resistance monitor

hi everyone,

I am looking for what I hope will be a simple circuit. I would like to energise a 24v dc relay when a circuit has a resistance of between 5k ohms and 10k ohms and then de-energise if the resistance is above or below these parameters.

if anyone knows of a simple one then I would like them to post it on here for me.
