Complex Power Supply

I have seen how to convert an ATX power supply to a Lab power supply.  It got me thinking of building a lab power supply with fixed outputs of 3.3V, 5V and 12V but with constant current functionality, additionally another output that is 0V - 18V with constant current functionality also.  This might be overkill but I think it would be an interesting project.  Any thoughts about this?
