Hi, I want to use APD sensor for my app. for using this sensor should bias to 5V to 100V. This time of switching voltage betweens should be very fast. For example high voltage(100V) should arrive top point at 100us. I searched different topologies(Boost,flyback) but they are slower than i want . Thanks for suggestions.
