Espressif ESP32-H2-WROOM-07 is A Low Power RISC-V Based SoC for Bluetooth and Thread Connectivity

Espressif has unveiled the ESP32-H2-WROOM-07, a compact module that supports both Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and IEEE 802.15.4. Built on the ESP32-H2 series SoCs, it comes with a 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor clocked at up to 96 MHz. The module includes 128 KB of ROM, 320 KB of SRAM, and 4 KB of low-power memory, and offers either 2 MB or 4 MB of SPI flash storage.

The ESP32-H2-WROOM-07 module has three GPIOs and supports multiple interfaces, including I2C, SPI, UART, and ADC. It features a built-in monopole antenna for wireless communication and operates within a 3.0–3.6 V voltage range and a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. This module is designed for IoT projects such as smart homes, industrial automation, healthcare, and everyday electronics. It supports BLE 5.3 with mesh networking, works over long distances, and has built-in features for more functions. Low-power sensors, data loggers, smart farming, and robots often use it.
