IRIV RP2350 IO Controller is Designed for Industrial Applications and features DIN Rail Mount

Cytron has recently released the IRIV RP2350 IO Controller, an industry 4.0 controller built around the Raspberry Pi RP2350 microcontroller. The USP of the product is that it comes with a variety of isolated interfaces such as DI and DO up to 50V, an ethernet port powered by the W5500, and features a DIN rail mount for industrial environments. Additionally, it includes various interfaces like ADC, RS232, RS485, and many other generic interfaces that are accessible through the front IO block.

Just Last Year the company released the Cytron IRIV PiControl industrial controller which was built around the Raspberry Pi CM4 module, but the new IRIV IO controller is a much more affordable piece of equipment with a reduced feature set. Cytron offers documentation via Google Docs, accessible through links on the product/store page (see below). The company indicates support for C/C++, MicroPython, and CircuitPython but currently only provides CircuitPython sample code for functionalities like analog input, Ethernet, Modbus, a pulse counter, and the RTC.
