Orbbec and NVIDIA Launch Orbbec Perceptor Developer Kit for Autonomous Mobile Robots
The Orbbec Perceptor Developer Kit (OPDK) is a new out-of-the-box solution for developing autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). It uses four Gemini 335L Depth+RGB cameras for 360-degree vision, powered by an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin system-on-module. This allows the OPDK to handle complex tasks like SLAM and 3D scene reconstruction in dynamic environments such as warehouses and factories. The cameras offer high-precision depth resolution and a wide field of view, while the Jetson AGX Orin provides the processing power needed for AI model inference and other demanding tasks.
