The RUBIK Pi is a development board based on the Qualcomm QCS6490 platform, designed for AI and IoT applications. It features a Kryo 670 CPU with a mix of four Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 cores, with one Cortex-A78 core running at up to 2.7GHz. The board integrates an Adreno 643L GPU, operating at 821MHz, and a Hexagon machine learning accelerator capable of delivering up to 12.5 TOPS of AI computing. It supports multiple operating systems, including Android, Linux, and Thundercomm’s LU, along with SDKs to optimize the development process.

The RUBIK Pi offers a wide range of connectivity options, including USB Type-A (2x 3.0, 1x 2.0), a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port with DisplayPort for 4K@60Hz, and HDMI OUT supporting 4K@30Hz. Other features include a 1000M Ethernet port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and integrated Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2. For peripherals, it has dual MIPI CSI camera interfaces, an M.2 M-key slot for SSDs, and a 40-pin GPIO header that supports I2C, SPI, UART, PWM, and I2S. The board also comes with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of onboard storage for local processing.

Designed to be compatible with Raspberry Pi accessories, RUBIK Pi reduces development complexity and costs. Additional features include a real-time clock, user-configurable RGB LED, and a PWM-controlled fan header, making it a versatile solution for embedded and AI-driven projects requiring high performance, extensive connectivity, and powerful AI capabilities.
